Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Anjali Rasam Powder
- 1 cup tamarind water
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 10-12 curry leaves
- 2 green chilies, slit
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the base
Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.

Add aromatics
Add green chilies and chopped tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.

Add spices
Add Anjali Rasam Powder and turmeric. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add liquid
Pour in tamarind water and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste.

Simmer
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until flavors are well combined.

Garnish and serve
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
