Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted vermicelli
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp Anjali Biryani Masala
- 2 tbsp ghee or oil
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare vegetables
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds. Sauté onions until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add vegetables & spices
Add mixed vegetables, tomatoes, turmeric, and Anjali Biryani Masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add vermicelli
Add roasted vermicelli and mix well with the vegetables and spices.

Cook biryani
Pour in water and salt. Cover and cook on low heat until vermicelli is soft and water is absorbed.

Garnish & serve
Fluff gently, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot.
